HOW TO REDEEM:

• Visit an IOCL petrol pump that supports voucher redemption and inform the attendant.
• Share the voucher code and registered mobile number at the POS machine.
• Fuel amount gets adjusted against the voucher; pay the balance (if any) via cash/card.



IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

• The GV/GC will be accepted only at IOCL Retail Outlets.
• This is a one-time use GV/GC. Any remaining balance will be forfeited after redemption.
• The GV/GC can be redeemed only for fuel purchases (Petrol / XP95 / XG / Diesel / XP100) at IOCL Retail Outlets.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• This is an IOCPay Fuel Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) and will be accepted only through the Integrated Transaction Processing System (ITPS) Online process at the IOCL Retail Outlet.
• The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
• IOCPay Fuel GV/GC can be redeemed for the fuel purchase (Petrol/XP95/XG/diesel & XP100) at the IOCL Retail outlet only.
• XTRAREWARDS Points to be given once the customer enters the mobile number in the ITPS POS while redeeming the IOCPay fuel GV/GC at the Outlet.
• GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
• XTRAREWARDS/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
• These Terms and Conditions govern the issuance, usage, and refund of IOCPay Fuel GV/GC, whether purchased through GyFTR (VIPL) or VIPL on another platform. The minimum denomination value of the GV/GC is Rs. 100. Partial redemption is not permitted, and hence, no partial refunds will be issued. Cancellation of the IOCPay Fuel GV/GC is not allowed under any circumstances.
• XR Points will be awarded on all eligible transactions similar to XTRAREWARDS transactions. Existing control measures on XTRAREWARDS points accrual and redemption will continue to apply.
• XTRAREWARDS/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
